Remote Management Monitoring

Our program is a multi-layered, cloud-based toolset to efficiently manage Windows, Mac and Linux systems. This offers panoramic insight and control over the systems an administrator manages by combining an endpoint monitoring and alerting solution with ultra-fast remote desktop sharing, professional services automation (PSA), robust ticketing sub-system, application life-cycle management, process and service management, endpoint security management and customizable scripting for automated break-fixing.
· Layer 1 of our toolset allows system administrators to define granular monitoring policies for excessive hardware usage systems under their control and to receive alerts as newly opened support tickets. Tickets can then be remediated in an automated fashion using predefined or custom scripts or by using the file transfer capable screen-sharing feature. It even includes a 'rescue' mode, allowing the admin to connect to a machine that may not be starting up properly.
· Layer 2 presents 360º visibility over all processes and services running on managed endpoints and allows the administrator to terminate resource intensive, suspicious or unwanted processes and to stop or start services.
· Layer 3 allows end-users to open support request tickets and track the ticket's status. Helpdesk team members can also create tickets and manage them through assignment and delegation and/or prioritization according to SLA or age.
· Layer 4 offers the ability to define SLAs within the context of the PSA feature, ensuring that any incoming requests are always prioritized accordingly.
· Layer 5 adds network-wide application management. Our program is able to deploy applications, patch them as required and also to uninstall applications when they are no longer required.
· Layer 6 is the granular management. It delivers complete protection for endpoint machines by automatically running all untrusted and unknown processes inside an isolated container where they cannot access other processes or write to the file system of the underlying operating system. Automatic containment works alongside a myriad of cutting edge security technologies in CES, including antivirus, firewall and host intrusion prevention, to provide comprehensive threat prevention for endpoint systems

We offer 2 backup options: either strictly file-based backup or a disaster recovery/business continuity solution.
